I have been a design engineer for over 35 years, and a member of the ASME for over 20 years. In the last 2 years I have developed courses for the ASA, The California Society of Professional Engineers and The California Society of Mechanical Engineers. My courses in the past were written by others. I got to the point where I was just tired of hearing the same old thing over and over again. Every year I start a new class of students with the same material and expect a different outcome.
This book has the most complete set of analysis questions and answers of any text I have seen, and if I am not mistaken there is more than one author.
